Ours is in-house production faxility and right from yarn selection, knitting, fabric dyeing, washing, compacting, cutting, sewing, checking, ironing and packing .we ensure that stringet quality control is maintained during every stage of the production process. We also constantly upgrade our machinery and continually evolve new techniques to keep pace with today’s competitive world market. Our design department works in conjunction with our sampling department to cater to the diverse requirements of buyers from around the world, and our products have received wide acceptance in US and western markets. Leading buyers across the world have certified our factory and our products, and this in itself is an endorsement of our high standards as regards quality and reliability of our products.

The quality control starts from the purchase of raw cotton.. We understand that the sourcing of good quality yarn is essential for making quality towels. Since this is the base raw material for our products, we use high quality yarns from the industry’s leading spinningmills.
We have also established a well-developed quality control department at our premises, which is managed by a team of diligent quality controllers. These professionals closely monitor each stage of the designing process and assure that quality policies are followed at each level. Furthermore, these professionals check the quality of each product on various parameters before the final shipment.
We undertakes inspection services for several reputed overseas Buyers. It has sufficient man power of Quality Inspectors who are trained with a range of Quality systems & Inspection procedures. All inspections are impartial, dynamic & confidential. Inspections are carried out at supplier’s premises at various stages of production according to predefined sampling plan.

STATE-OF-ART Machineries
Knitting machines are specially imported from several leading manufacturers to full fill the customer requirements at the same time provide excellent quality. In our knitting unit more number of knitwear desingners are working and also we are using the latest knitwear patterns.
Our company has state-of-the-art machinery for dyeing and processing fabrics to perfection. We have installed datacolor’s fully robotic Autolab to achieve color matching for sampling & bulk production. Our dyeing unit process fabrics for capacity of 20 tons per day that shows consistency in color and fastness.
In our compacting unit we have a well qualified compacting workers. They are following the roll compaction process, which help us to make the product in efficient manner. We are using the auxiliary equipment used for milling, screening, mixing, de-aeration and material handling.
We are believing that the embroidery process starts with an idea or a piece of artwork. This will automates the entire production process such as Digitization. To increase our production and quality we are using the computerized embroidery section.
We have a well equipped in-house screen printing unit which performs a variety of printing functions. From Fabric printing to Garment printing, we have fine tuned our printing processes to give that extra special appeal to our finished garments.
Our in-house pattern markers help to devise ways to cut the fabric in such a manner as to maximize utility and minimize wastage of fabric. We have fabric spreader to lay fabric which is then marked to cut according to specifications of the design to the nearest millimeter, in order to ensure as perfect a fit as possible. Cut parts of the fabric are then labeled and dispatched of the sewing stations.
Dollar Apparels boasts a range of that latest models of sewing machines that are fitted with modern technology to driver period of time and minimum labor. Our sewing workstation has a set of 600 machines that include over lock, flat lock and singer units that are fitted with additional features like thread and fabric trimmers as well as feed dogs and needle detectors for enhancing productivity, quality and safety. We also have other machinery that is used for specialized functions when needed.
All our products are pre-checked to ensure that their shrinkage properties are well within the permissible limits. All efforts are taken at every step of production to ensure that our garments retain their shape and fit after wash. IRONING & PACKING The finished products are packed cleanly in designated packs in accordance with buyer specifications and placed inside cartons or on racks prior to dispatch. All packing follows strict packaging norms and extreme care is taken to prevent pilferage or damage of packed goods.
